Thank you for being one of the first to support the Darklight Collection — a series of luxury glass pyramid stargazing sanctuaries.

Important Notice for VIP Supporters

This page contains the full terms, disclosures, and privacy policy that apply when you sign up as a VIP early supporter or make a contribution through our crowdfunding campaign.

Contributions are treated as project support and are generally non-refundable. They are not traditional hotel reservations. All perks and experiences are subject to the development timeline, permitting, construction, and successful opening of the sanctuaries.

By signing up or contributing, you confirm that you have read and agree to everything on this page.

1. Nature of VIP Participation & Contributions

Darklight Collection is developing a collection of luxury stargazing sanctuaries featuring distinctive glass pyramids on raised decks. These sanctuaries are designed to offer exceptional, high-quality experiences under some of the darkest skies in the United States, with modern amenities including private baths, kitchenettes, electric fireplaces, and personal telescopes.

Our crowdfunding campaign is in the early development stage. When you sign up as a VIP or make a contribution:

• Your contribution is treated as  support for the project, not as a traditional room reservation or guaranteed stay.
• Contributions are generally  non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the specific campaign offer.
• VIP perks (such as discounted future stays, priority access, exclusive experiences, or recognition) are subject to availability, blackout dates, capacity limits, and advance booking requirements.
• Fulfillment of any perks depends on successful project development, permitting, construction, financing, and the actual opening of the properties.

We are grateful for your early belief in this vision and are committed to keeping our VIP supporters updated as the project progresses.

2. Early-Stage Project & Conceptual Visuals

Darklight Collection is an early-stage venture. The concept, design direction, and hospitality infrastructure described are directionally accurate but remain subject to change.

Design elements, site layouts, build scale, number of glass pyramid units, operational features, timelines (including our target of early 2027), and other aspects may evolve based on:

• Permitting & regulatory approvals (zoning, conditional use permits, building permits, environmental reviews, septic systems, water rights)
• Engineering & construction factors (feasibility studies, geotechnical conditions, supply chain, labor, and seasonal constraints)
• Financing & market conditions (additional capital needs, economic factors, tourism demand, and interest rates)
• Site-specific considerations (properties in Montana, Utah, and any other future locations)

Prospective VIP supporters should understand that modifications are not only possible but likely. There is no guarantee that any property will be completed exactly as described or on the current timeline.

Visuals & Renderings Images, renderings, and visuals shown on our website, campaign page, or marketing materials may include AI-generated imagery or conceptual illustrations intended to convey design direction and the aspirational experience. These do not represent final construction plans and should not be relied upon as exact representations of what will be built.

3. VIP Perks, Availability & Operational Changes

Once properties are operational, we may modify, relocate, substitute, or adjust specific accommodations (glass pyramid units), experiences, or amenities for operational, safety, maintenance, regulatory, or guest experience reasons.

If a particular unit or experience tied to your VIP perk is unavailable, we will make reasonable efforts to offer a comparable or upgraded alternative at no extra cost. If no suitable alternative is available, we may reschedule your visit (typically within 365 days) or provide an appropriate credit or remedy according to the specific campaign terms.

Stargazing & Outdoor Experiences Stargazing and outdoor activities are inherently weather-dependent. Cloud cover, wind, wildfires, smoke, or other conditions may affect visibility or require changes to planned activities. We cannot guarantee specific celestial viewing conditions.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Force Majeure

In the unlikely event we must cancel or significantly alter a VIP perk or future stay due to safety concerns, government orders, emergency needs, or events beyond our reasonable control, we will offer a full credit for a future stay or alternative dates where possible.

We are not responsible for incidental costs such as travel, transportation, or third-party bookings in the event of cancellation or rescheduling.

Force Majeure We are not liable for delays or inability to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, wildfires, natural disasters, utility failures, government actions, pandemics, labor issues, or supply chain disruptions. In such cases we may offer goodwill credits or rebooking options, but refunds are not guaranteed unless the issue was within our reasonable control.

5. Liability, Assumption of Risk & Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Darklight Collection, its owners, affiliates, and team members are not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of the properties, facilities, or activities, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

By participating as a VIP supporter or visiting our properties, you voluntarily assume the risks associated with remote or developing locations, outdoor activities, variable weather, wildlife, and travel to rural sites.

You agree to indemnify and hold Darklight Collection harmless from claims arising from your own actions or violations of these terms.

• Payment information (processed securely by our third-party payment processor — we do not store full credit card details)

All this is done through  Cloudflare Web Analytics. We  do not use cookies or local storage for analytics. We  also do not fingerprint visitors (using IP address, user agent, or anything else) for analytics purposes.

These Terms, Disclosures, and Privacy Policy are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. For matters relating to a specific physical property, the laws of the state where that property is located may also apply.

Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming (or the applicable property state), and you consent to that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms, Disclosures, and Privacy Policy from time to time. The version in effect when you sign up or contribute will apply to your participation.
